Sue has taught fitness, health and dance classes to preschoolers through octogenarians. As a dancer, she was searching for a lifetime fitness activity and was drawn to the Pilates philosophy of the coordination of mind, body and spirit through controlled movement. She attended Pilates teacher training programs in Colorado, Utah and Florida. Sue is certified as a STOTT PILATES® Instructor for all levels of Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel. She also has a certificate in Injuries and Special Populations. With 35 years of experience in the health and fitness field and her degrees in Dance, Psychology and Health Education, Sue aims to provide a comprehensive and personalized program to meet the needs of her clients. She is the owner of Lifelong Fitness and has been teaching Pilates since 1998.
Kim received her Pilates certification through Body Arts and Science International. She attended a special training program in Long Beach, California that concentrated on traditional Pilates exercises as well as exercises specifically designed for dancers. Kim graduated with an M.F.A. in dance from Florida State University where she had the opportunity to perform with many choreographers and teach Pilates. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Dance at Valdosta State University.
