Sue has taught fitness, health and dance classes to preschoolers through octogenarians. As a dancer, she was searching for a lifetime fitness activity and was drawn to the Pilates philosophy of the coordination of mind, body and spirit through controlled movement. She attended Pilates teacher training programs in Colorado, Utah and Florida. Sue is certified as a STOTT PILATES® Instructor for all levels of Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel. She also has a certificate in Injuries and Special Populations. With 35 years of experience in the health and fitness field and her degrees in Dance, Psychology and Health Education, Sue aims to provide a comprehensive and personalized program to meet the needs of her clients. She is the owner of Lifelong Fitness and has been teaching Pilates since 1998.

Janet began dancing as a child, performing with the Lansing and Kalamazoo ballet companies. She earned a BFA in Dance from Florida State University. When living in Atlanta she performed with Lee Harper & Dancers and taught ballet and modern dance. Returning to Tallahassee, Janet performed and choreographed while completing an MFA in Dance at FSU. Janet is a founding member of Women' s Dance Project, taught for Artists-in-Schools and currently teaches at Tallahassee Community College. She has taken classes at the studio for many years and recently completed Pilates Teacher Training through Balanced Body.
