MAT CLASSES
(10 person maximum)
  • Beginning - Learn the essential exercises of Pilates, including breathing, strengthening, coordination and balance. 
  • Intermediate - A faster moving class covering most intermediate exercises. For those with a sound knowledge of the essential exercises who are ready to increase the challenge. Small equipment including foam rollers, bands, and balls may be used.
HEALTHY BACKS​
(10 person maximum)
  • Pilates exercises specifically for those with osteoporosis, osteopenia and other conditions of the spine. Exercises for core strengthening, coordination, and balance without compromising the spine. A safe and challenging class. Medical clearance may be required, and the ability to get on and off the floor is necessary.
REFORMER CLASSES
(3 person maximum. Previous mat class attendance or private instruction necessary.​)
  • Beginning - For beginning/intermediate level students who would like to broaden their mat work experience and add the additional challenge of working on the Pilates reformer
  • Intermediate - For intermediate-level students who have taken reformer classes or private sessions and who can perform the beginning reformer exercises
INTRO TO PILATES
(By appointment only)
  • A 30-minute session to teach the "basics" of Pilates to familiarize you with the breathing and body placement that are the foundation of all Pilates exercises. With the help of your instructor, you will determine the best class for you to attend.
